About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Olivia Hart, and I grew up right here in the Santa Cruz Mountains, these roads and communities are completely second nature to me.

Before getting into real estate, I worked on the ambulance in EMS. That job teaches you pretty quickly how to stay calm, cut through the chaos, and really look out for people when things get stressful. I am incredibly grateful for my time on the ambulance, and I bring that exact same focus on keeping things steady, calm, and low-stress into my real estate transactions.

I am also lucky enough to be working side-by-side with my mom, who has been in the business locally for over 20 years. Partnering with her means that my clients get the energy of a new agent backed by two decades of deep market experience.

I am looking forward to connecting. Please feel free to reach out so I can treat you to a coffee and chat about the market!
